Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during high-volume service.
• Ensure all food is prepared to proper temperature and presentation standards.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team and FOH staff.
• Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties.
• Help restock and rotate inventory as needed.
