Qualificações

• At least 2 years of prior scratch cooking experience.
• Must be available for full-time or part-time schedules; Days may vary. Shifts are 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring food is attractive and tasty.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of refrigerators and storerooms; follows safe food-handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, records keeping and reporting; assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies.
• Complies with HACCP standards and safety policies.
