Silver Creek Valley Country Club in San Jose, CA is seeking a Full-Time PM Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and work closely with the team in a fast-paced, upscale club environment.

Weekend availability and flexibility to work evenings and holidays are essential. Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $33.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility as described by Troon’s programs for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen; country club or fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to club standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during and after service.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory, prep, and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Adapt to member preferences and special requests with professionalism and care.
