San Jose Country Club is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will contribute to delivering high-quality dishes to our members and guests under the guidance of Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.

Ideal candidates possess strong culinary skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team to meet our high kitchen standards. Prior club or fine dining experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to high standards.
• Ensure consistency and quality during service.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
