We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PM Line Cook to join our culinary team at a prestigious private country club. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, committed to excellence, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment. Weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to club standards and recipes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during and after service.

Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Assist with inventory, prep, and other kitchen duties as needed.
