Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade is seeking an intermediate line cook with hotel cooking experience to join our kitchen team in downtown Cleveland. The role focuses on cooking at a single station and requires strong communication and a willingness to learn under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a culinary degree or related hotel experience, can perform basic cooking tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 2 years of previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
