Job summary

The Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Line Cook to prepare and present high quality dishes for guests, with mise en place and consistent food safety. This full-time, onsite role supports our Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort and related properties.

Qualifications

• Read and prepare high quality recipes.
• Maintain mise en place for menus.
• Follow fire, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Read, prepare and present high quality recipes and dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Prepare all mise en place for all relevant menus.
• Comply with hotel, city, count, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
• Being aware of department targets and goals and striving to achieve them as part of the culinary team.
