Qualifications

• 1-4 years high volume food service experience, preferably in corporate programs.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens and mass meal preparation.
• Strong customer service mentality and service orientation.
• Good time management and attention to detail in a dynamic kitchen.
• Clear communication and teamwork in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks to order foods requiring short preparation time.
• Reads food orders or verbal instructions and prepares accordingly.
• Replenishes the serving line and maintains line sanitation.
• Performs fast food and grill cooking duties for customer meals.
• Follows recipes and product directions for seasoning, cooking and serving.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards per HACCP guidelines.
