Responsibilities

• Memorizing recipes, portion standards, and procedures.
• Preparing ingredients and components for all menu items.
• Cooking dishes to quality and presentation standards.
• Ensuring product freshness through proper rotation and storage.
• Collaborating with cooks to manage kitchen activity.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Assisting with packaging for takeout and delivery orders.
• Supporting cleanliness of kitchen and storage spaces.
• Handling trash and recycling removal as needed.
• Participating in inventory checks and restocking stations.
• Keeping storage areas clean, organized, and labeled.
• Contributing to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture.
