Marriott Cincinnati North is seeking a dedicated Full-time PM Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will prepare and cook menu items during the evening shift, maintain high quality, and ensure timely delivery of dishes in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will work closely with kitchen staff, follow all safety guidelines, assist with inventory, and adapt to menu changes. Previous line cook experience, attention to detail, and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Availability to work evening shifts (PM).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards during the PM shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
• Adapt to menu changes and special requests efficiently.
