Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and complete daily food preparation as needed.
• Ensure food is cooked properly, safely, and consistently.
• Maintain proper portion sizes, presentation, temperature, and quality.
• Work efficiently during busy dinner and evening service.
• Communicate with the Chef and culinary team regarding orders and station needs.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and stocked throughout shift.
• Follow hotel, Marriott, and departmental policies.
