GRBS Inc. is hiring a full-time Lead Custodian for Ionia Public Schools in Michigan. The role offers 40 hours per week with schedules Monday–Friday and one weekend per month, from 3:00–11:30pm or 3:30pm–12am.

Pay is $16.00 per hour. The Lead will supervise and support a cleaning team, ensuring safety, integrity, and thorough building care. The position emphasizes dependable transportation, strong teamwork, and customer-service focus within a public school environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid identification.
• Michigan-specific employment rules apply; background restrictions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication with the team.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.

• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
