GRBS Inc. is hiring a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools in Lake Odessa, Michigan. This full-time, second-shift position offers a 40-hour week with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

The role emphasizes leading a cleaning crew, ensuring the building is maintained to GRBS standards, and securely performing nightly checks. Schedule options include 3pm-11:30pm or 3:30pm-12am, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid identification.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening that includes THC.
• Leadership-oriented cleaning role requires good organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process using GRBS tools.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility and perform nightly perimeter door checks.
• Maintain a clean facility and assist with other cleaning tasks as assigned.
