GRBS Inc. is hiring a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools on a full-time 2nd shift basis. The position is located in Orleans, MI, with a 40-hour workweek and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

You will supervise cleaning staff, ensure building standards, perform nightly perimeter checks, and maintain safety and cleanliness using GRBS tools. Monday through Friday, 3pm-11:30pm or 3:30pm-12am. Candidates must be 18+, have valid ID, and demonstrate reliability and teamwork; Michigan rules apply to

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid identification.
• Michigan requirements apply for background checks.
• Shift availability includes 3pm-11:30pm or 3:30pm-12am, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial operations for school facilities.
• Supervise and support cleaning staff.
• Ensure nightly perimeter door checks are completed.
• Coordinate with building manager and communicate updates.
• Maintain GRBS cleaning standards and safety.
