GRBS is seeking a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools in Michigan. This full-time, second-shift position offers a 40-hour workweek with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

The role requires leadership over a cleaning crew, adherence to GRBS standards, and reliable attendance. The job includes evening shifts (3pm-11:30pm or 3:30pm-12am) Monday through Friday, along with duties such as mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (THC)
• Must have valid identification

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Nightly perimeter door checks
