Job summary

GRBS is seeking a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools in Lyons, MI. This full-time, second-shift role pays $16.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 3pm-11:30pm or 3:30pm-12am for 40 hours per week.

The Lead will execute the cleaning process, supervise a cleaning team, ensure safety and quality, and communicate effectively with school staff. Benefits include holidays, PTO, daily pay, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening that includes THC testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
