Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a Lead Custodian for the Ionia Public School District in Michigan. The position runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, 3pm–11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly.

The role requires leadership experience and a strong focus on reliability and teamwork. Responsibilities include executing the cleaning process, using GRBS tools, ensuring safety, leading the team, and performing nightly perimeter checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
• Background checks may exclude individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute the cleaning process for the building (LEAD responsibilities).
• Finish the job with GRBS tools and complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns and nightly perimeter checks.
