Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College and/or culinary degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of progressive cook or kitchen experience required.
• Detail oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest level of food quality and production to standards.
• Perform daily line checks and audits for consistency and quality.
• Control food cost while maximizing revenue per guidelines.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per regulations and SOPs.
• Support kitchen staff and ensure timely ticketing and service.
