Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest level of food quality and production to standards for outlets and banquet events.
• Maintain outstanding presentation through use records and photos; ensure plate setups meet standards.
• Control food costs while maximizing food and beverage revenue and manage assets within budget.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting food/beverage standards and addressing concerns promptly.
• Lead food safety and storage according to regulations; maintain clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Communicate clearly and manage workload effectively to foster a collaborative team environment.
