Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to provide counseling to individuals with substance use disorders. This onsite, full-time role includes leading three evening groups weekly and maintaining detailed documentation.

The position offers a stable 40-hour schedule with groups from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and total annual earnings between $64,000 and $70,000, depending on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor with an active Minnesota license (LADC) or ADC-T.
• Experience providing counseling to individuals with substance use disorders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy for patients with addictions.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in clinical consultations and team meetings.
