As an Assistant Clinical Director, you will manage patient care delivery on an assigned shift and ensure that the unit department division is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
To be considered for this Assistant Clinical Director opportunity, you must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing, hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing, ACLS certification, and a current American Heart Association BLS certification. A bachelor's degree in nursing or currently matriculating is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. Additional certifications may be required as per the Administrative Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification Policy. This position offers a full-time evening shift schedule from 6:30p - 7:30a, Mon. - Fri. with occasional weekend coverage.
