Health Network Laboratories, LLC seeks a Lab Technician/Technologist Generalist at 17th Street in Allentown, PA. The role performs high-to-moderate complexity lab tests, prepares specimens, and reports results with minimal supervision.

Evening shift 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Requires ASCP/related certification preferred and an Associate degree in MLT.

Qualifications

• Must meet CLIA 88 personnel requirements for high complexity testing.
• Associate’s degree in MLT program from an accredited institution required.
• Certification by a recognized certifying agency for clinical laboratory professionals preferred (ASCP, ASMT, NCA, etc). Certifications may be required in specialized areas of the laboratory.

Responsabilités

• Accurately performs high-to-moderate complexity or waived laboratory testing per SOPs.
• Recognizes and corrects instrument malfunctions and records troubleshooting.
• Prepares and/or collects specimens for analysis and reports results independently.
