Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years full-time supervisory experience.
• Six years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of the department, distribute/assign work, determine priorities, schedule non-routine procedures.
• Perform supervisory functions including interviewing, hiring, training and staff development through evaluations.
• Perform advanced/specialized tests and related lab techniques; re-evaluate methodology as needed.
• Check/approve all specialized and problem reports for accuracy.
• Initiate quality-control measures and monitor quality of work per lab standards.
• Complete training and competency checklists; ensure compliance with CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA.
