Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Lab Processing Technician at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. You will ensure accurate specimen labeling, tracking, and liaison across TriHealth labs, supporting order entry and compliance while delivering excellent patient- and team-focused service.

The role requires attention to detail, 1–2 years hospital lab experience preferred, and phlebotomy training. This on-site position includes evening shifts, weekend and holiday rotation, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1–2 years in a hospital lab setting (Preferred)
• Formal Phlebotomy training (Preferred)
• Laboratory terminology (Preferred)
• Specimen handling (Preferred)
• Data entry and Windows software (Preferred)
• HIS and LIS systems (Preferred)
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, organize, and manage workload effectively
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of work
• Handle complex assignments and delegate tasks as needed
• Demonstrate strong judgment and problem-solving skills
• Maintain thorough knowledge of procedures and quality assurance, including required documentation
