Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Lab Processing Technician to support specimen handling, labeling, and tracking across the hospital system. You will assist with order entry and compliance documentation while delivering excellent customer service to patients and clinical staff.

The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior phlebotomy training and hospital lab experience are preferred, with full-time hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a hospital lab setting preferred.
• Formal Phlebotomy training preferred.
• Certification as Phlebotomy Technician preferred.
• Knowledge of lab terminology and specimen handling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of work.
• Handle complex assignments and delegate tasks as needed.
