Job summary

Scp Hotels in Redmond, WA area is seeking a Kitchen Cook for Terra Kitchen. This part-time role involves food prep, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen, with evenings Tue–Sat and a diverse benefits package including health and 401k.

You will work under the Executive Chef, ensuring high-quality dishes and guest satisfaction, while following hotel policies and safety standards. Prior kitchen experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• State Alcohol Server Certification required.
• State Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately, verbal and written.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Assist in food preparation and cooking per recipes.
• Plate dishes according to senior chef guidance.
• Keep kitchen workspace clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work with servers to ensure timely orders.
• Learn and operate POS, PMS, and CRM systems.
