Job summary

ServiceMaster seeks a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned site. You will lead the crew, ensure the job meets standards, and serve as the main customer contact in the field.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and strong English communication skills, with evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, totaling about 20 hours per week. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Custodial/janitorial experience is a plus; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company or similar facilities is beneficial.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced role and maintain a positive attitude.
• Able to communicate in English and work in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Crew leadership — ensure performance meets standards and communicate with customers.
• Facility cleaning — sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, move furniture.
• Inventory — maintain supplies and equipment.
• Safety — use PPE as required.
• Site security — open/lock facilities and operate alarms as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
