Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a store Associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Indianapolis area stores. You will drive sales through engaging service, assist with inventory and visual merchandising, and collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Basic math and comfort with reading sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and adhere to policies.
