Acuity is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Intern to work from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays optional for those seeking additional hours. The intern will answer after-hours calls, enter losses, and assist with multiple units to ensure timely service across operations.

Start Date: Summer 2027. Prior customer service experience is required, and strong communication and data-entry skills are essential for success in this remote internship.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and handle them appropriately, including entering losses and routing switchboard calls.
• Input Automobile, Property, and General Liability losses into the Claims System.
• Index claims and commercial lines documents.
• Assist with tasks across Billing, Imaging, Policy Assembly, Mail Room, and Switchboard.
