Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for an evening shift at our Bradenton bakery. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, prioritize safety and quality, and rotate duties across different bakery areas to keep equipment running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, a technical mindset, and willingness to pursue ongoing training as technology evolves. A high school diploma or trade certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification a plus.
• Experience with HVAC, welding, electrical, or related industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Learn and practice safe work habits and proper tool use.
• Perform lubrication and assist preventive maintenance.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Follow company policies including safety and compliance standards.
• Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across bakery areas.
• Possess or obtain licenses for boilers and refrigeration components as needed.
