Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade certification a plus.
• Experience in HVAC, welding or electrical maintenance preferred.
• Willing to rotate between bakery maintenance areas and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage.
• Perform lubrication and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with all company policies (EOE, Safety, etc.).
• Possess or attain licenses to work with boilers, refrigeration components and related equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
