Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure high-efficiency operation across bakery lines. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, rotate assignments, and pursue ongoing training to stay ahead of evolving technology and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a technician.
• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage, and follow shop practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication on equipment.
• Identify wear and troubleshoot/replace drive and conveyor components.
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Safety, etc.).
• Possess or obtain licenses for boilers, refrigeration components, and related equipment.
