Job summary

10a Labs is seeking a dedicated content reviewer to join our remote, US-based team. You will review and label content, flag imminent-risk cases for escalation, and apply policies consistently while documenting decisions.

This full-time role operates on an evening schedule (4:00 PM–12:00 AM ET) five days a week, with one weekend day. A background in safety, threat assessment, or investigative moderation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years reviewing violent content, credible threats, or violent extremist material in a Trust & Safety, content moderation, or investigative context.
• Comfortable reviewing distressing material on a regular basis.
• Sound judgment and consistency, including on ambiguous cases.
• Clear, concise written communication.
• Able to commit to a fixed evening schedule that includes one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Review and label content, and flag imminent-risk cases for escalation
• Apply policy consistently and document your decisions clearly
• Hand off clearly to the next shift
• Take part in quality reviews and calibration, and apply feedback
• Bring edge cases to the senior specialist on your shift on weekdays, or to the client’s designated contact on weekends
