Barnes-Jewish Hospital, a Magnet designated hospital in St. Louis, seeks an experienced ICU Charge Nurse/Leader to oversee unit operations in the Division 7800 ICU. The role emphasizes staff coordination, care planning, and performance management for high-acuity oncology/BMT patients.

Evening shift, 2:00pm start, with 4x10-hr or 5x8-hr options, and weekend/holiday call rotation. Qualified candidates will have nursing licensure, a Bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years ICU experience, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• RN license required or eligible for licensure in MO.
• Leadership experience in ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and staffing on the ICU unit.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and development.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, and staffing alignment with department goals.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based care for high-acuity oncology and BMT patients.
