Qualifications

• RN licensure required
• Oncology, Surgical or ICU bedside experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness/injury management and post-treatment home care and meds.
• Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities and professional development.
• Develops and documents care plans with goals in coordination with the interprofessional team.
• Assesses and evaluates physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients per standards of care.
