Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead our new Multidisciplinary ICU. The ANM supports the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development and patient care excellence.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational and leadership skills; MSN preferred. This role is a leadership position with no weekend shifts and requires a nursing license and 2–5 years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• 2–5 years nursing experience.
• RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care, personnel management and staff development.
• Hire, train, assigns work and evaluates performance.
• Ensure goals align with department leadership and budgets.
