Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital, a major teaching hospital, invites experienced RNs to join our Division 7800 ICU. You will care for oncology and bone marrow transplant patients, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and contribute to education and professional development through established programs.

Qualifications

• RN license or eligibility in Missouri.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Assesses and evaluates physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
