The role coordinates new hire processes, conducts orientations, and helps maintain training records while ensuring policy compliance and quality service. Summary: The HR Recruiter & Administrative Support is responsible for supporting the organization's staffing needs through recruitment, onboarding, and administrative HR functions while assisting with employee training and development initiatives. This role helps attract, select, and retain qualified talent, coordinates new hire onboarding, provides training support, and assists with day to day HR operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Ability to read and understand basic written instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using standard units of measurement.

Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple written or verbal instructions.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle equipment and cleaning materials. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl during cleaning tasks. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of two (2) years of janitorial, facilities management, or operations management experience preferred
