Job summary

Vail Resorts seeks a Sr. Housing Coordinator to support resident experiences and housing operations across seasonal housing properties.

You will deliver welcoming customer service, manage resident communications, and assist with move-in/out and compliance tasks in a fast-paced mountain setting. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with data handling, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and StarRez; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in guest services or related role.
• 1+ years’ experience managing and maintaining data with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Support housing-related processes and communications with residents.
• Coordinate move-in/out updates and tenancy documentation.
• Assist with housing policy compliance and reporting processes.
• Provide cross-functional support to housing operations as needed.
