Winter Park Resort in Winter Park, CO is seeking an Employee Housing Assistant Manager to oversee daily housing operations, coordinate resident needs, and ensure policies are followed. This role acts as a central hub between residents, housing staff, maintenance, and internal departments.

Responsibilities include managing move-ins/outs, supervising administrative staff, maintaining housing systems, handling payroll-related housing transactions, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory position.
• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and managing difficult situations to reach a mutually beneficial outcome.
• 2-3 years’ experience developing and managing a department budget.
• Property management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-in and move-out processes for employees and approved non-employees, including assignment coordination, key distribution, unit readiness, and documentation review.
• Monitor daily housing workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Recruiting and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and housing needs.
• Manage scheduling and task assignment for the administrative team and ensure coverage of daily housing office functions.
• Use and oversee housing systems (Rent Manager, RTP, DNA Fusion/Engage) to maintain records and run reports.
• Support payroll deduction housing payment processes with housing specialist and HR payroll partners.
• Review move-out inspection reports and decide on security deposit deductions or forfeitures.
• Assist with tracking housing-related expenses and documentation for financial reporting.
