Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Full-Time PM Shift Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the resort's renowned standards of cleanliness and service in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, you will train staff, inspect rooms, coordinate with Front Desk and other departments, and ensure guest rooms are ready by 3:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Hotel or resort housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of guest room cleaning procedures and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and support to housekeeping staff.
• Train and develop new housekeepers.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with Front Desk to ensure 3:00 p.m. room readiness.
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety and proper chemical labeling.
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage.
• Attend required training and safety courses.
