Lido Beach Resort is seeking an AM Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping and laundry teams in our Sarasota property. The role involves overseeing duties, coordinating staff, and ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.

You will train staff, address guest concerns, and collaborate with management to maintain service quality and safety. Join a dynamic beachfront resort in sunny Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Patience and good listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed.
• Supervises the duties and tasks of laundry staff.
• Stocks and maintains supply rooms; orders supplies according to a budget.
• Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services.
• Ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards.
• Ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards.
• Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff.
• Assists guests with questions and basic requests.
• Provides a high level of customer service at all times; remains professional.
• Trains new housekeepers and support staff.
• Meets with company officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues.
