Job summary

Hilton Miami Blue Lagoon seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations, stepping in for the Executive Housekeeper as needed. You will manage a housekeeping staff, ensure safety, and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include daily log reviews, VIP guest handling, and ensuring timely and accurate reports. A positive, flexible attitude and guest-focused hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Request Log and ensure requests are met.
• VIP management and special guest coordination.
• Oversee housekeeping team and daily stand-up meetings.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality and cleanliness.
• Maintain storage rooms and inventory of supplies.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with Engineering and follow up.
