Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator for The American Club in Kohler, WI.

This onsite role oversees guest room cleanliness, public areas, and housekeeping standards across multiple venues, leading a team and ensuring timely, gracious service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, payroll approvals, onboarding new associates, developing SOPs, and maintaining professional conduct with guests.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Two-year associate degree preferred or in progress.
Experience in leadership or supervisory role in housekeeping department or hotel setting.
Scheduling and hotel knowledge essential.
Candidate must speak, write, and understand English.
Computer skills Outlook, Word, Excel and Property Management System.
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Assist in meeting and/or exceeding Kohler luxury standards for each property; The American Club, Carriage House, Inn on Woodlake, Riverbend and external Cabins.
Complete end of the month inventories, reporting and replenishment of supplies.
Monitor visual appearance of all properties.
Handle guest related issues in the absence of Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper.
Assist in all housekeeping operations as needed or directed by Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper.
Participate in operation meetings as it relates to property updates.
