Dialog Café WeHo is seeking an experienced Evening Floor Lead to manage the night shift in West Hollywood. You will lead the team, uphold hospitality standards, and ensure smooth operations during high-volume service.

The role emphasizes coaching, delegation, and maintaining a calm, guest-focused environment. In this position you’ll train and supervise staff, handle guest concerns, monitor service quality and cleanliness, manage cash tasks, and collaborate with upper management to implement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous café/restaurant experience; leadership preferred.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate and ABC License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the evening shift, setting hospitality and teamwork standards.
• Delegate tasks clearly and ensure completion on time.
• Keep the team organized during busy service periods.
• Coach team members with real-time feedback.
• Communicate updates and improvements with upper management.
• Lead and support the guest experience with fast, friendly, accurate service.
