Endeavor Health’s Highland Park Hospital is seeking a Lead Public Safety Officer for evenings (2pm–10:30pm) in Highland Park, IL. This full-time role involves coordinating staff, training new officers, and guiding incident reporting to ensure safety and security across the facility.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, at least two years in customer-focused service, and relevant certifications such as CPR and CPI. A valid FOID card and driver’s license are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years' experience in a customer-focused service-based organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care appropriate to the age of patients served and respond to needs.
• Assist the Shift Supervisor to trains and orient newly hired Security Officers on his/her shift.
• Monitor Officers and determine when incidents require written reports and documentation.
