Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy including data entry, email, hospital intranet and multi-line telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in arriving patients to support care continuity.
• Coordinate activities with unit staff and other departments.
• Communicate clearly with health care team, patients, families and visitors.
• Assist with triage and answering calls.
• Support with concerns and use of MyWall.
