Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Provides a warm, friendly greeting to patients, families and visitors.
• Gives wayfinding assistance using maps and tools to hospital locations.
• Answers questions at lobby desk and transfers calls to the right area.
• Informs patients about hospital and community services and amenities.
• Anticipates needs and collaborates with Patient Relations for issue resolution.
• Escalates questions and delivers timely resolutions to patients and families.
• Maintains lobby appearance and personal workspace.
