Job summary

You will focus on the operation and maintenance of boiler systems and other building subsystems to ensure safety and uninterrupted healthcare services. The role emphasizes patient safety, operational continuity, and strong client-facing service; you will work with hospital staff and vendors, maintain records in CMMS, and implement preventive maintenance programs

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of boiler or building systems maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school; Universal CFC preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff and vendors.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair boiler systems and building systems to standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Record maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and external vendors.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
