Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Boiler & Chiller Building Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of a hospital in Temple, Texas.

The role focuses on maintaining chillers and boilers, monitoring building systems, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance on a Sunday–Thursday first shift schedule. You will work with diverse building systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety, while engaging directly with clients to uphold service quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; 4–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective work orders on building equipment and systems.
• Maintain and repair chillers and boilers; support infrastructure like cooling towers, pumps, and motors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and execute repairs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and client policies.
• Assist in energy management and preventive maintenance programs.
